Managing Your Subscription

Everything you need to know about your account, renewals, and upgrades.

At StreamHut, we believe in giving you full control over your subscription. Our client dashboard allows you to manage your service easily without waiting for support agents.

Accessing the Dashboard

Upon your first purchase, you received an email with your dashboard login credentials (separate from your IPTV line credentials).

Checking Expiration Date

Not sure when your plan expires?

  1. Log in to the Client Area.
  2. Click on "Services" or "My Subscriptions".
  3. You will see a list of your active lines with their Status (Active/Expired) and the "Next Due Date".

How to Renew

We do not automatically charge your card. All our plans are pay-as-you-go to prevent unwanted charges. To renew:

  1. Go to your Service Details page in the dashboard.
  2. Click the "Renew" or "Extend" button.
  3. Select the duration you want to add (e.g., +6 Months).
  4. Complete the payment.

Note: Renewing adds time to your EXISTING expiration date. You won't lose any remaining days if you renew early.

Upgrading Your Plan

Want to add more connections to your account?

  1. Navigate to your active service.
  2. Select "Upgrade/Downgrade".
  3. Choose a plan with more connections (e.g., upgrade from 1 Device to 3 Devices).
  4. The system will calculate a pro-rated difference for the remainder of your billing cycle.
  5. Pay the difference, and your account will be instantly updated to allow more devices.

Retrieving Lost Passwords

If you forgot your IPTV line password (for the player app):

  • Log in to the dashboard and view your service details. The username and password are always visible there.

If you forgot your Dashboard login password:

  • Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address to receive a reset link.
