If you are using a generic IPTV player (like XCIPTV, Tivimate, or Smarters), you will need the following details which are sent to your email after purchase:

Recommended setup sequence

For most users, the fastest path to stable playback is: install app, log in with Xtream credentials, test a few channels in HD and 4K, then optimize buffer and decoder settings only if needed. Avoid changing multiple options at once so you can identify which adjustment actually improves results.

  1. Confirm internet speed and Wi-Fi signal quality at your streaming location.
  2. Install the recommended app for your device category.
  3. Enter credentials exactly as provided in your welcome email.
  4. Test live channels, VOD, and EPG loading before custom tweaks.
  5. Apply optimization settings only if you experience buffering or lag.

Common installation issues and fixes

If login fails, recheck username and password formatting first. If channels load but stutter, test Ethernet or 5GHz Wi-Fi and try switching hardware/software decoder mode. If EPG does not populate immediately, wait a few minutes after first sync and then refresh the guide from app settings.
